Right now, I am still reading Beowulf by Unknown (Translated by Seamus Heaney) and She is Strong, but She is Tired by RH Sin. I just finished a book last night so these are the only books I am currently reading, and I have yet to decide what to read next.
what have you finished recently?
I finished 2 books this past week: Mortal Remains by Mary Ann Fraser and Felix Ever After by Kacen Callender. Within the coming weeks, I will have reviews for both up on my blog, but here are some quick thoughts:
Mortal Remains was interesting. It was almost a Frankenstein inspired novel with a paranormal romance that I was not expecting. It was a really pleasurable reading experience, but overall it was a 3 star read.
Felix Ever After was super enjoyable! It wasn’t quite what I expected going in, but it was a great read with some super important points being made! Also, I would die for Ezra.
what are you planning on reading next?
Undecided, I was planning on reading a lot of romance this month, but my mental health is in no place for that currently. That means that I then have to rethink my TBR, but that is okay! I’ll figure it out.
